PA Support Required – 6 hours per week

Hoping to have PA support for a total of 6 hours per week (split into two visits). Days flexible but afternoons preferred.

DRIVER ESSENTIAL.

Support to;
1. maintain home environment (i.e. assistance to tidy and clean flat).
2. manage nutritional needs (i.e. meal planning and shopping).
3. accessing community for activities of interest (would like to explore some art groups).
