PA support required 2-3 hours a day (7 days a week) for a gentleman in Brighstone, Newport

79 year old man with dementia in Brighstone needing PA support from end April/beginning May - moving in date yet to be confirmed. £15 per hour.
Help needed 7 days a week as follows:

1 hour morning call - 8.30 or thereabouts- can vary - support with personal care, including continence care/pad change and accessing the toilet, washing bedding if required, any domestic duties that are required and dressing/transferring to chair if wanted. I will need 2 PAs for this

1 hour lunchtime visit - anytime from 11-4 to heat up meal, personal care and any domestic duties. Only 1 PA needed for this.

1 hour bed call - support with personal care, including continence care, completing any washing that is required, any domestic duties that are required, change of clothes if needed. 2 PAs required
