PA support Newport

Hi, I am a 55 year old female with diabetes type 2 and also bi polar disorder. I live in a ground floor flat near the centre of Newport.
I enjoy activities such as chess, watching dvds and also enjoy art / painting.
I would like support with weekly shopping and with unpacking, some domestic support and help with correspondence / ordering and collecting my medication.
I would also like to have support to access the community to attend activities and groups to help alleviate my social isolation. I will need I am looking for a reliable, friendly PA who has experience or a good understanding of mental health to support me through the week. I have eight hours of support per week and would ideally like to have 4 hours support on a Monday and 4 hours on a Thursday, mornings preferred.
