Personal Assistant (PA) Support Needed – 3 x 1 hour Sessions per Week (£12.31/hour)

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide weekly support that helps an individual achieve greater independence and confidence in their daily life. This role involves 3 sessions per week at £12.31 per hour(one hour each session) Please feel free to notify of availability.

About the Support Needed
The PA will play an important role in:

Meal planning and preparation to promote healthy nutrition
Community access, including:

Attending appointments
Supporting communication
Shopping
Assisting with form filling
Engaging in social activities

Confidence-building support to help the individual settle into life on the Isle of Wight
Practical assistance with preparing to move from temporary accommodation into a new home

What We’re Looking For
A Personal Assistant who is:

Consistent, dependable, and confident supporting someone who is deaf and relies on lip reading
Easy-going, approachable, and good to talk to
Practical-minded, with a strong common-sense approach
Comfortable working with someone who smokes
