PA support 7hours pw Lake
Hi, I'm looking for a kind, caring and reliable PA to help me to get out into the community more as I have lost confidence since having knee surgery earlier this year. I can walk short distances with crutches and have a wheelchair for longer distances so my PA would need to have use of a car.
I would like my PA to take me to the supermarket once a week for shopping and collect my weekly medication from the chemist. I have another 4 hours per week for accessing the community; to visit places such as the beach or go for a coffee somewhere. This would really help my mental health.
I would also like my PA to help with cleaning for 1 hour per week.
