PA Required to assist young person attend university – Newport to Southampton

Summary
I am going to Solent University to Study for 3 years and need a Personal Assistant to support me to achieve this.
I have heart failure; I can walk but need to have breaks. I struggle to go upstairs due to getting breathless, so need to use lifts when available.
I am autistic and can self-harm. When I am anxious I need lots of reassurance and support.
I have allergies and cannot eat nuts, eggs, bananas and kiwi.
I have no awareness of danger especially when crossing the roads so need assistance with this to keep me safe.
I would like a Personal assistant to be kind, understanding, supportive and patient.

I will need my PA to administer my EpiPen if I need it, this is very rare. My mum will train you if needed
I will need my PA to look after my mobile phone when in lectures, so I can concentrate on the lesson.
My PA would need to make sure that I am listening and participating in the lectures.
I would like my PA to be a non-smoker, as I can be susceptible to infection.

My PA will need to meet me at my home in Newport and travel with me in a Taxi to the Red-Jet and then a Taxi from the ferry to Solent University. I will need my PA to stay with me on the Campus and in lectures.
The same would have to happen on the return journey to Newport.

How many hours is PA expected to work?
Time can be shared
Monday – 11.20 to 5.45pm,
Tuesday – 08.50 to 4.30pm,
Wednesday – 7.10am to 6.50 pm,
Thursday – 7.10 to 4.30pm,
Friday - 10.10am to 5.40pm.
(Possibility of once a month, late night finishing at 8pm, as yet which day unknown)
