About the Role:
Compassionate and patient Personal Assistant to provide 4 hours of support each week. This lady is 20 years old & experiences high anxiety and autism-related challenges, which make leaving the house and engaging socially very difficult. She currently spends most of her time indoors, socially isolated, and relies heavily on her parents for emotional security.
Your support will focus on:
Accessing the community – helping her feel confident to leave the house, visit local places, and gradually engage in activities she enjoys.
Building relationships – supporting her to develop social skills and create meaningful connections beyond her immediate family.
Encouraging independence – working towards her long-term goal of volunteering again and participating in community life without anxiety holding her back.
4 hours per week @ £12.31ph
