PA required for young Lady

PA WANTED
to help a 38 year old lady who has physical and mental health illness.
The PA would be required to assist with various activities including arts, crafts, puzzles , cooking The lady is wheelchair bound and would also like to be accompanied from time to time for a stroll in her wheelchair in the fresh air. Also occasional reorganisation of her personal effects
