PA required for support with Paper work and Accessing Community (145951) LKM

The lady enjoys creating art and colouring. She is looking for support to access the community in a wheelchair. The lady enjoys looking around the shops and will also require support to manage correspondence and paper work.

The lady has an agency package of care in place and in addition to requiring PA support

PA required to support lady 3 hours per week

2 hrs @£11.95 per hr support to access community
1.5 hrs @ £11.95 to support with correspondence and paperwork.
