PA required for social activities

Care Home in Totland requires someone to assist a lady to socialise in the local community, go for walks, trips out. This lady is very able bodied but is no longer fully aware of road safety/hazards.
Enjoys the beach/animals/flowers.
4 hours per week PA support required. This could be separated depending on clients activity of choice.
