PA Required for sitting with a pleasant Gentleman in his 80’s

We have a requirement for someone to sit with a pleasant Gentleman in his 80’s who suffers with NPH (Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus), which presents with dementia like symptoms, mainly short term memory loss and difficulty walking.
We recently suffered a serious fire at our home and are now living in accommodation in Wroxall. We have a lovely dog, who may be at home, but as long as the front gate is shut is fine to be out in the garden as and when he wants to be.
The ideal person for this role is someone who is caring and kind & who can make a cup of tea & a sandwich at lunch time, possibly take the client out for a drive to get a coffee or an ice cream & to encourage him to take a short walk.
It isn’t a demanding role, but we need someone to be with him when I go out. The perfect person would be someone who is willing to work as and when required, although we appreciate that this is probably a big ask. We are willing to speak to anyone who feels that they can help us, even if you require regular hours. Budget allowing, this may be once a fortnight or even once a month.
