PA required for my Gramoo

Hi all, thankyou for reading! My Gramoo, so named because of the book My Girl, thought it was a quirky name for a grandmother so it stuck! She is 88 years young, still very independent and loves gardening, she’d potter about all day out there if she could! She also loves reading and doing puzzles, keeps her mind active. Why do we need a PA? Both myself and my husband work full time, I work shifts which include nights and long weekend days and my own children are more grown up now so they’re not at home so much either, we would love someone to come in 1-2 times a week, hours negotiable to help with keeping her company and perhaps driving her to see her oldest friend in Bembridge every so often and maybe grabbing some shopping for her, she loves a good old chat and putting the world to rights! I know she struggles with my shifts and often gets lonely, she has 2 visitors a week, usually a Tuesday and a Thursday (my aunt comes in and keeps her company) as a family we just want to know someone is coming in regularly whether we’re here or not to take some of the pressure off. She’s got a wicked sense of humour and loves having a laugh. Around September / October time she will

Hours per week – 2 hours per day, any day is fine including weekends if possible. Maybe avoid Thursdays as that day is pretty good!

Hourly rate – £14-£15 per hour.
