PA Required for lady living in East Cowes – 14 Hours – 370667 – CD

About Me: This lady is 82 years of age and lives at home with her husband, who is her main carer. She is very sociable and enjoys going to the seaside and for coffee and cake. This lady worked at Osborne House and later in a chemist. This lady likes female company. This lady has dementia and can become anxious and fearful when she is alone. She is still independent with most of her activities of daily living and likes to engage with her local community.

Support Required:
PA Support;
1 x hour morning x 6 days per week (minus day care day) to support with full body wash/shower/dressing/prompt medication at £14.14 per hour = £84.84 per week.
2 x hours per day x 4 days per week to support with engaging in the local community, accessing local groups and activities at £12.31 per hour = £98.48 per week.

**Please note we are parallel care planning and looking for agency support to cover 1 x hour morning until PA support can be sourced successfully.

Driving licence and vehicle is preferred to enhance social opportunities.
