PA Required for lady in Sandown -4 hours per week 413123 CD

PA required for lady in Sandown who has been diagnosed with cancer.

This lady is struggling getting around uses a walking stick and hold onto things whilst moving along the hall way. She can sit on the toilet and wash at the sink - strip wash, would need help getting to the shower and showering, help with personal hygiene.
This lady currently has a friend that does the shopping for her. She currently can sit on the chair in the kitchen or the perch stool and make a sandwich. she cannot lift any heavy objects, bend down and has to limit mobility. She is unable to clean the house, a neighbour comes in sporadically to clean but would like some help with cleaning. She struggles to put clothes in the washing machine but can hang on the air dryer where she sits down to do this. will need help changing her bedding.

Will require PA assistance for 4 hours per week split over 2 days to assist her to gain access to the community via a wheelchair/car for walks and shopping and also to assist her with general cleaning duties.
