PA Required for lady in Newport – Team of PA’s – 44196 CD

10.5 Hours PA Support required

Teatime call of 30 minutes to support with cooking a meal x 7 days a week

PM call of 30 minutes at around 11pm to support with undressing, personal care (if required) and supporting to get to bed x 7 days a week

Night call of 30 mins - to be completed around 2-3am to complete a welfare check and empty bag x 7 days a week

It was discussed that a team of PA's might be best suited for this.

Access for the 11pm and Night call would be via back door using the code and then using the key safe outside the front door of her flat.

During the day call it would be standard procedure at Furze Brake.

Medication is overseen by Furze Brake

PA personal care rate of £14.14 & the late / middle of the night shifts would be at a rate of £22.10 per hour
