PA Required for lady in Newport – 3 hours – 54330 CD

PA required for a 51 year old female who resides alone in a first floor social housing flat on the outskirts of Newport. She has a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, and Persistent Delusional Disorder (Olfactory Reference Syndrome - she believes she emits unpleasant body odour). This lady struggles to leave her home because of the Olfactory Reference Syndrome as she believes people will be speaking about how much she smells, despite there being no odour present.

Support Required:
To prompt and encourage personal care
To ensure she has at least one full meal a day
To support to access appointments and hobbies.
Emotional support
Support to contact pharmacist if there are concerns with blister pack

PA's with a driving license is required.
No pets in property
