PA Required for gentleman with Parkinson’s

My husband , a lovely gentle man was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 10 years ago , he has also just been diagnosed with Parkinson’s dementia. At the moment it is mild cognitive issues..
We are requiring a male to help with getting him up, personal care, getting dressed, medication and making breakfast -
Tuesday -Friday for an hour late mornings - 10.30 -11.30 ( flexible)
