PA required for gentleman diagnosed with dementia - 1 hour twice a week (preferably a Tuesday and Thursday) to assist with Shopping and domestic tasks.
He likes to go the local shop with his shopping list and also takes his dog for his routine walk every day, he also likes to watch football.
