PA required for 74 year old lady living alone in Ryde.

About me:

I’m 74 years old widowed lady with 2 children. My son who lives on the island and a daughter who lives in London.

I love sewing, I used to make many of my grandchildren’s clothes.

I have neuromyelitis optica which affects my spinal nerves, this means I often feel weak on my legs and therefore often use a walking frame.

I have a cognitive impairment and therefore I can be forgetful.

I require someone to pop in to see me for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day, with the potential for this to be increased when required.

I need support with:

* Attending hospital and dr appointments.
•⁠ ⁠Help with my food shopping, I usually order on line.
•⁠ ⁠Promoting me to take my daily medication
•⁠ ⁠Ensure I have adequate meals
•⁠ ⁠Occasional support in / out of the bath
•⁠ ⁠Generally making sure I am okay
