PA required for 38yo man in Cowes 8hrs per week (SM 280853)

38 year old man who requires support with accessing the community and local groups which interest him; such as playing pool and walking his dog. He requires verbal prompts and support to maintain his personal hygiene, planning and list making for food shopping, batch cooking healthy meals and managing medical appointments/telephone calls.

He has Cerebral Palsy, and experiences recurring epileptic seizures as well as uncontrolled saliva, pharyngeal dysphagia, Dyspraxia and Dysarthria, he also experiences Depression.

8 x hours of PA support at £15.99 per hour - days and times are negotiable, however prefers late afternoon - there may be scope to arrange alternating times, some hours early afternoon to late afternoon.

Driving licence required, pets in the home, no smokers.
