PA required for 12 year old SEN student

Looking for a PA to work with our 12 year old son, who is autistic and has ADHD. He is a bright, funny, and kind boy who enjoys games, nature, and animals.

He needs help with:

Navigating social situations
Understanding speech and language in everyday life
Developing appropriate humour and learning social boundaries
Building confidence in different settings

The right person will be:

Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent
Able to use humour positively (he relates well to laughter and fun)
Has knowledge of children with SEN
Supportive without being overbearing, able to guide gently while giving space
Flexible about activities, happy to spend time outdoors, exploring nature, or at other appropriate venues

This role would suit someone with experience in supporting children with additional needs, especially with speech, language, and social development.
