About Me: This lady is 93 years of age and is living in her own home Bembridge. She is very sociable and would benefit from support to reduce the negative impact of social isolation and loneliness. This lady enjoys music and was a passionate gardener. This lady likes female company. She requires a hoist and wheelchair to access the community. Driving licence is not essential. PA will be required to spend time her in her own home.
Support Required:
1hour per week domestic/cleaning support.
1hour per week to support with shopping.
1hour per week socialising
Rate of 12.31 per hour

This lady required support to sustain a clean and safe home environment and to enable her to maintain personal relationships/connections reducing the negative impact of social isolation and loneliness. Her medical history includes double incontinence, macular degeneration, rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
