PA required 2hrs x twice a week Freshwater for gentleman, accompany to social actvities LWEH21014801DiW

PA is required twice a week 2hrs on each visit to support gentleman by taking him to local activities mostly based at West Wight Sports Centre.Possibly more hours later(to be discussed at interview) He has memory issues but is capable of walking but very slowly to the centre , so someone patient and understanding is required. On a bad weather day or if client is not feeling so good he will need to be driven so car driver essential . PA will stay with gentleman during activity and bring him home , heat up his meal .
Good support needed so wife will be confident he is in good hands. Dementia training would be preferred . Mileage paid at 45p a mile if client needs to be driven .The household have a dog which is a Whippett with a very gentle nature. They are non-smokers
