PA Newport area 5 hours per week

Looking for a PA to assist with daily washing and personal care for my dad.
Looking for 4-5 mornings per week of 1 hour per morning ideally 8-9am to include Saturday and Sundays.
My dad has COPD, has oxygen at home. He is able to stand and walk a short distance but does require support with personal care to ensure done properly.
