PA needed for lady with Alzheimer’s and recovering from stroke

Hello, my mum is almost 80 and recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She had a stroke and is currently recovering at home. I need someone who is able to come and visit her once or twice a week to take her out for a walk and maybe do a bit of shopping with her to get her confidence back. My mum looks after my dog, Paddy, he is a cockerpoo and she loves to walk him so accompanying her on a walk would be amazing. She also needs prompting to take medication (which I have already laid out for her the night before)
