PA needed for 28yo male in Newport 6hrs a week (SM 54535)

We’re seeking a motivated, friendly Personal Assistant to provide 6 hours of 1:1 support each week to a 28 year old gentleman.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll help someone maintain independence, build confidence, and improve their overall wellbeing.
Pay: £12.31 per hour
Hours: 6 hours per week (flexible to suit both you and the gentleman)
What the role involves
You’ll offer support with:
• Household tasks to keep the home clean, tidy, and comfortable
• Meal planning, food shopping, and batch cooking
• Personal hygiene
• Attending appointments and engaging in community activities
Weekly support breakdown:
• 2.5 hours – Domestic tasks
• 2 hours – Diet, nutrition & meal prep
• 30 minutes – Health appointments
About the gentleman
He’s hoping to find a PA who has a good sense of humour and shares similar interests and can be both encouraging and firm when needed. The PA will support him in understanding the benefits of a balanced diet and regular exercise, helping him reduce health risks such as diabetes
