PA for MND Lady

Hi I am a 70year old lady who has MND, I am looking for a PA who can assist me for an hour in the morning with Personal care and an hour in the evening helping me get ready for bed. I am mobile to a degree but my balance is uncertain, I have a peg fitted so my husband deals with this, I am looking for a cheerful, compassionate and dedicated PA who is also dog friendly
