PA For Elderly Lady

We are looking for a PA to do an 1 hour visit Monday to Friday 5pm to 6pm to give medications and cream to prepare a small meal and tea wash up and any personal care needed for my nan she has dementia.

You also need to prepare medications for later on and a general welfare check and to make sure she has her Wight care pendant on before leaving.
