care required for elderly lady(registered blind) diabetic becoming forgetful Am -help getting dressed ,washed ,breakfast made and lunch prepared ,tablets given Pm - evening meal prepared , ensuring windows closed ,doors locked, bedroom prepared for evening. Days flexible- At present there is a team of three who work well together and cover each other for illness or holidays Unfortunately one lady is retiring so a replacement is needed
