This lady requires 6 hours per week flexibly arranged between client and PA.
Current PA unable to continue to provide support due to personal issues.

PA around the same age of 30s-40s and with mental health experience would be beneficial to Mrs S.

She enjoys music and shopping, is a non smoker and has no pets at the property.

For community access she would need a wheelchair for longer walks.
PA does not require a driving licence.
