Lady requires PA to support ASAP with personal care and some domestic help 3 hrs a week at £16 an hour LWEH06151341DW
Lady would prefer someone to visit 1 hour Late Thursday morning and Saturday morning to assist with personal care ,and I hour call teatime Saturday also needs some domestic help with laundry and putting away clothes ect
Lady will only need the help for 3 weeks every month as has support I week in every 4 will discuss on meeting .
Lady has some breathing difficulties .
