I am looking for home help assistance for my mother who has mobility issues.

I am looking for home help assistance for my mother who has mobility issues. My mother is not immobile but walks with a walker due to issues with one if her knees. We are looking for a person or number of people to help with following tasks:
General household cleaning as well as hanging washing outside and bringing back in (maybe 2 hours per week or may need more depending on what happens during the week)
Food shopping and picking up medication ( 1 to 2 hours per week)
