Home educated 7 years in need of support

I am a nurse who’s wants to work but would like my son to have the right support while I am out. I would like a full day 7.30 am- 5pm or 2 days from 11am till 5pm. We are based in freshwater and I would like my son to get out and about in the community on walks and generally keep him safe until my husband or I get home from work. I would like fair warning for holidays so I can book the same time off. Day to be negotiated and it would have to suit my manager as well. My son is home educated and has ASC and ADHD. He is a good communicator and is kind. He is rather energetic but will respond to limit setting. His neurodiversity does not present any behavioural challenges.
