Holiday cover required

I am looking for cover forna gentlemen in Ryde. It's 8-9.30 Sunday to Thursday, getting him up, washed and dressed, giving him his meds,,washing, sweep and mop once a week, change bed once a week, cook chicken breast every two days, and take the gentlemen and his dog for a walk. Friday 8.-9.30, as before then 9.30 '11.30, take him to Tesco for his shopping, Saturday 8.-9.30 as normal, then take to Puckpool for a walk with the dog and coffee at the old barracks. I do this 11.30-1.30, as it fits with my other work, but this can be flexible. Cover required 6/11 -14/11 inclusive
