Gentleman is awaiting memory clinic appointment ,he is a very independent gentleman with short term memory issues which is impacting on him day to day .Support is being sort for initially 2 x 1 hour calls a week Tuesday and Friday morning , this may increase if needs become more over time .
Welfare check to ensure he is looking after his personal care ,property is clean and safe ,someone that can assist him with TV and computer as some days he is unable to turn these on. Willing to check that medication is in order .and that food is checked for best before dates in fridge and cupboards.
Must have Patience and understanding of memory issues.
May need assistance with appointments sometimes .
Sister has POA and is supporting this advert .
