Gentleman in Shanklin requires PA support 9.5hrs per week (SM 86044)

This gentleman is 45 years of age, he has a diagnosed learning disability and autism; he lives a very independent lifestyle. He can find maintaining a habitable home environment quite overwhelming and challenging at times, empowerment through a strength-based approach to encourage and motivate him to engage in his household tasks and cleaning.

PA’s duties will be to;
- Support to maintain his home
- Manage paperwork
- Support to make healthier food choices when shopping to help him manage his diabetes.
- Prompting and support to manage personal hygiene.
- Provide emotional support to promote emotional wellbeing.
- Support with his medication routine.

Support required:

Monday – 5hours from midday-5pm
Fridays – 4.5hours from midday-4:30pm

PA will need a driving licence and car too take out on Fridays. non-smoker, no pets.
