Evening Meal Prep and Odd Jobs Gurnard

Evening meal prep, some cleaning and odd jobs for my 96 year old mother who lives alone, but now would benefit from some help. She is frail and struggles to stand and cook etc.
As many days a week as you can manage typically an hour or hour and a half from 6pm or thereabouts. In Gurnard
