Decluttering. £14 p/h Short term role

I'm looking for some kind and reliable assistance to declutter and organise my flat in Newport. My goal is to work through accumulated items, make decisions about what to keep, donate, recycle, or dispose of, and create a more functional and peaceful living space. There's nothing to climb over like you see on those home clearing videos... I'm about half way towards that! But there's certainly nothing disgusting.
This project involves going through belongings systematically, and then finding practical ways to store what remains. It's about bringing order and ease back to my home.

What I'm hoping for in a helper:
* A Gentle Approach: My home has become quite full, and I'm looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and non-judgmental.

* Good at Organising: Experience with sorting, categorising, and finding practical homes for various household items would be incredibly helpful.

* Reliable and Discreet: You'll be working in my private space, so trustworthiness and respect for privacy are very important.

* Physically Able: There will be some lifting, bending, and moving of items involved. - If you know someone who can help then I'm happy to pay for their time too as I have compartment syndrome and cannot be physically active for very long.

* Problem-Solver: Someone who can help think through the best ways to tackle different areas and types of items.

Your role would involve:

* Working alongside me to sort through possessions (everything from clothes and books to kitchen items).

* Assisting with decisions on what to keep, and helping to prepare items for donation or disposal.

* Potentially helping to transport items to charity shops or waste facilities.

This is a paid position, and we can discuss hours and compensation that work for both of us. I estimate this will be between 5 and 10 hours work but I'm flexible and open to finding a schedule that fits.
