Daily help for elderly person required plus some overnight stays

Daily help required for a 90 year old male with good health and mentally well.
Dressing and general movement much harder than previously.
His wife is 80 years old and very fit but she leads a busy life and needs to feel secure that someone is around to assist and generally be another pair of hands as she is feeling the strain of caring 24/7.

They require assistance in the mornings 5-7 days per week for about 1-2 hours to help with dressing, get breakfast and do some local grocery shopping, light housework (bed making, washing up, folding or dealing with laundry etc) and perhaps help with preparing lunch. Also dog walking for their toy poodle who is very gentle and needs about 20 mins exercise in the morning. There are also at least 2 nights per month when we would appreciate someone staying overnight in case of emergency.

Assistance with cooking, driving to doctors appointments would also be a plus.
