Companion, housekeeper required for young lady in Sandown

We are looking for a companion, housekeeper, pa for my daughter 27 to enable her to remain in her own home and live as independently as possible. She has learning difficulties, autism, adhd and Type two diabetes. She needs support in a lot of areas of daily living.
Firstly, she needs a companion to provide friendship with support and help around the home. A female is preferred as although no physical personal care is required, prompts reminders and help getting in and out of the shower or bath is required at times. Some light cooking or basic food prep required along with laundry, shopping, keeping her flat clean and tidy and personal prompts, ie taking medication, supporting with letters, GP apts and walking her dog.
Hours required 3 hours a day Monday to Thursday 9-12. An additional hour each week is available to enable a text message reminder for medication in evenings and weekends. Total 13 hours.
My daughter is very sociable, loves everything Disney, carnivals, cos play, dance and drama. She enjoys gaming and films, cinema, bowling and swimming.

She is looking for a young fun loving, dog loving, Disney fan who can motivate and encourage but also be understanding of her difficulties with processing , memory difficulties, routine and her constant fatigue and poor health.
Ideally to live in Sandown but not essential, car driver not essential as is used to using the bus. Non smoker preferred.
