Community Access for Young Lady (412171) LKM

PA support needed for a 18 year old young lady with autism, global developmental delay and associated learning disability. She is pre verbal, however she PECS symbols to communicate. Uses a wheelchair for travelling further distances. The young lady is looking for a female carer of any age to support her for initially 4 hours per week in the community, however this may increase in the future. There will be use of a mobility car so ideally the PA should be car driver but this isn't absolutely necessary for the right person as the young lady has parents who would be happy to drive and meet the PA and then collect the young lady later that day. She loves getting out and about and enjoys going to local landmarks across the island. She also enjoys arts and crafts and music based activities.

No smokers in the household or pets.

4 hours per week @ £11.95
