Breakfast help

I am looking for someone to make breakfast, unload the dishwasher and do a small amount of washing up (1 hour total max) a couple of times a month for a 73 year old man with Parkinson’s Disease. 8.45am start (must be prompt due to medicine). I am the main carer but have to return to London for 3 to 4 days about twice a month. Dates would not be regular but I can give advance notice.
