Binstead 5 hours support pw

Experienced PA required for a 45-year-old Man in Binstead who has a diagnosis of Autism.
I currently have a team of PAs providing support twice per week on a 2:1 basis; 5 hours support is available on a Friday afternoon 12.00pm- 17.00pm ; you will be working alongside another PA to support me. There will also be the opportunity to provide PA cover on Wednesdays if needed, ie if my other PAs are unwell or on annual leave.
I have mental health needs and have experienced periods of anxiety and depression. I will require support from individuals with a good knowledge of autism to ensure that I am supported appropriately.
I sometimes will require support to access the community and it is important to me that I am able to take my dog out in the car on trips on some occasions. You would need to be comfortable around dogs.
The type of support I need can vary from visit to visit, ie I may require support putting my weekly food items into my cupboards after they have been delivered, and have some help with washing up and sweeping /mopping my floor. I may sometimes wish to go to Home Bargains to go shopping.
I like to spend time in my garden carrying out various tasks as I enjoy DIY, ie chopping wood so I would like my PA to be willing to spend time outside even when it's cold so you would need to have a robust nature! My PAs will need to monitor my activities to ensure I remain safe, and check in with me during each visit to clarify the support I want so I do not become anxious.
In addition I may require support with the preparation of my dog's food - I enjoy preparing rabbits and pheasants for my dog who has a raw diet so I would like a PA who is not too squeamish!
