Assistance showering twice a week

I am looking for a personal assistant to help give my father a shower twice a week. He is 88 years old and has Parkinson’s dementia. He lives in a bungalow with his 85-year-old wife. She is starting to struggle to care for him. We would like to get a little help twice a week to help him get up and get showered and just generally sorted out. They live in Wootton. Over time the care we need may well increase. They have a friendly but noisy dog.
