A lady requires support with accessing the community, 2 X 2 hrs in Cowes (159370 LKM)

This client is an 86-year-old lady who has been living at a residential home in Cowes. She has dementia and needs support with accessing the community so she will have a sense of freedom and independence that she doesn't currently feel she has. She is continent so there is no personal care involved however, the PA will need to establish a good and trusting relationship with her.

Support required:
2 x 2hrs @ £13.86 per hour
Days and times to be discussed.
