94yo lady in Sandown requires daily PA support (SM 168091)

94-yo lady living in Sandown is requiring PA support to with accessing the community. She would like to continue visiting her hair dressers every Friday. She has cancelled several appointments and due to her memory impairment she requires support to take her to her appointment and support her with any other appointments to ensure she attends.

PA should have an understanding of Alzheimer’s and needs to be assertive, respectful and reassuring. This lady is very independent and does not feel that she requires support.

This lady would like someone to keep her company and ensuring she is eating and drinking (early evening Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday with Nutrition). She enjoys walks and going for a drive. If they are days she does not wish to access the community she will enjoy your company.

Monday 1hr (accessing the community and nutrition)
Wednesday 2hrs (accessing the community and nutrition)
Friday 1hr support to Hair dresser
Sunday 1.5hrs (accessing the community and nutrition)
Saturday 1.5hr (accessing the community and nutrition)
