6 hours a week @ £12.31 hr. PA support to go out and about in Newport and other parts of the Island

Looking for an active individual to accompany my grown-up son to social and leisure activities.

He enjoys going to the cinema, playing pool, walking, and playing board games. Plus any activities which involve animals, especially dogs and donkeys. He is also interested in joining a gym, but this not essential!

My son is capable, and lives independently in a flat in Newport. He needs some extra help to build his confidence and a social life outside his family. He is a thoughtful and caring person, and fun to be with.

My son is 40 years old and has a mild learning disability. There are no personal care requirements. Car owner preferred.

Genders which may apply for this job – Any

Hours per week – Some flexibility is possible, but he is free on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Ideally 2 x 3 hrs.

Hourly rate – £12.31
