5hours weekly PA support needed for 65yo gentleman in Newport (SM 85958)

5 hours PA support per week to support with cleaning/ decluttering and accessing the community, as well as to support to a medical appointments/shopping. Paid at £12.31 per hour = £61.55 per week.
The days and times of the support can be flexible, please do outline your availability on your application. The gentleman is happy for block hours or 1hr per day.
This gentleman is a smoker and has a cat in his home. He has arthritis, asthma, and COPD, which limits his mobility. He uses a stick but sometimes forgets it. He experiences breathlessness and avoids going out unless necessary. He has fallen before and fears falling again, especially on the stairs. He manages bed transfers independently but slowly.
He reports ongoing depression which he takes medication for, he is socially isolated since the loss of his best friend. He previously enjoyed local groups and has agreed to re-engage with support. He spends most of his time watching TV.
