41-year-old gent requiring 50 hours per week 8-6pm Monday- Friday (CT 388706) CB

This gentleman is currently in Laid-law Rebab unit and is now ready to be looking to go home. A young man in his 40's who lives with is partner who wishes to return to work full time.

After an acquired brain injury he requires support 24/7 hours a day - will need to continue his rehab journey at home and requires support from people who have some knowledge and understanding of acquired brain injuries and to support with some ongoing physio.

Will need a team of PA's to cover the hours required to support him at home

Agreed 50 hours per week 8-6pm Monday- Friday. These hours can be broken into some half days. -
