4 hours per week @ £13.45 Older social gentleman in Wootton (RT 107935) CB

New advert required as PA is due to give official notice.

PA support required 2 afternoons per week to support RT who has vascular dementia to ensure that he is appropriately clothed, monitor nutrition/fluid intake, provide a level of person care and support to access the community and reduce social isolation. Initially 2 hours required on a Monday & Tuesday, but hours may increase subject to review.

Female requested.
Drivers only due to social outings.

Has poor short-term memory and can experience confusion. He is very hard of hearing and wears hearing aids, poor eyesight. Can become lost whilst out the community so needs support to ensure he is safe.
Needs daily emotional reassurance, prompting and encouragement to ensure that his care needs are met.
